Role: AWS Support Engineer
Job Location: Hyderabad, India
Job Responsibilities:
- Offering AWS clients phone, chat, or email technical help.
- Identifying and fixing problems with AWS services, such as EC2, S3, RDS, and others.
- Examining, diagnosing, and elevating complicated technical issues as needed.
- Working together to resolve customer concerns with AWS service teams and internal teams.
- Keeping clean and simple records of client interactions and solutions.
- Maintaining a high level of technical proficiency and familiarity with AWS services.
- Taking part in on-call shifts in order to offer clients round-the-clock assistance.
- Contributing to articles in the knowledge base and other resources for assistance so that users may self-serve.
- Giving AWS service teams input in order to enhance the user experience.
- Upholding Amazon’s core principles of customer-centricity and providing outstanding customer service consistently.
Skills Required:
- Solid knowledge of AWS cloud services, such as RDS, EC2, S3, and others.
- Competence in identifying and fixing technical problems with AWS services.
- Outstanding verbal and writing communication abilities for working with internal teams and customers.
- Ability to prioritise work efficiently in a fast-paced setting and perform well under duress.
- Analytical and problem-solving abilities to identify and fix intricate technical problems.
- Working knowledge of both Windows and Linux.
- Understanding of networking principles, including DNS, VPN, and TCP/IP.
- Familiarity with programming languages such as Bash, PowerShell, or Python.
