Job Location: Pune, India
Required Qualtification:
- Bachelor’s degree in IT/Computing or equivalent
- 2-5 years of total experience – preferably in Kenan BSS Billing system.
- Good to have development skills for C/C++, Oracle PLSQL and shell scripting.
- Knowledge in CICD and DevOps tools.
Required Skills:
Primary Skill : C++
Secondary Skill : SQL
Key Responsibilities:
- Responsibilities fall into the following categories:
- Develop, modify, debug and maintain software code / configurations according to functional, non-functional and technical design specifications.
- Change Request Development & Deliverables for C/C++ programs.
- Handle C/C++ and Oracle PLSQL program Enhancements and defect fixes for Telecom BSS Billing system.
- Business Analysis as per requirements provided by customer.
- Follow Amdocs software engineering standards, applicable software development methodology and release processes, to ensure code is maintainable, scalable, supportable and demo the software products to stakeholders.
- Investigate issues by reviewing/debugging code, provides fixes and workarounds, and reviews changes for operability to maintain existing software solutions.
- Work within a team, collaborate and add value through participation in peer code reviews, provide comments and suggestions, work with cross functional teams to achieve goals.
- Development & Automations
- Enhance existing operations with new automations.
- Handle Change Requests as per customer business requirements.
- Conduct requirements gathering and analysis for required modules and prepare related documentations.
