Position: Analyst-Data Analytics [SQL/Python]

Job Location: Gurgaon, Haryana, India

Required Qualifications and Skills:

Strong analytical/conceptual thinking skill to solve business problems and articulate key findings to senior leaders/partners in a succinct and concise manner
Ability to project-manage effectively and manage several concurrent projects through collaboration across teams
Expertise in Hive, Python, PySpark, SQL encompassing data manipulation and statistical modeling/data-mining techniques and Microsoft Excel & Power point
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and ability to build and retain strong working relationships
Demonstrated ability to work independently and across a matrix organization partnering with cross-functional teams to deliver solutions at top speed

Master’s degree in a quantitative field (e.g. Statistics, Engineering, Physics, Mathematics, Economics) or business field preferred.

Job Responsibilities

Partner closely with functional/channel owners to align on the Cardmember value (CMV) framework to ensure consistency within Business unit (GCS Prospect) and across BU (US Consumer Services)
Collaborate with finance to build robust behavioral inputs for investment optimization that are consistent across Prospect and Customer
Develop CMV framework in-line with broader offer personalization and Sentinel (anti gaming) strategies
Outstanding execution skills – be able to resolve issues, see opportunities, and define success metrics and make things happen
