Job Location: Gurgaon, Haryana, India
Required Qualifications and Skills:
- Strong analytical/conceptual thinking skill to solve business problems and articulate key findings to senior leaders/partners in a succinct and concise manner
- Ability to project-manage effectively and manage several concurrent projects through collaboration across teams
- Expertise in Hive, Python, PySpark, SQL encompassing data manipulation and statistical modeling/data-mining techniques and Microsoft Excel & Power point
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and ability to build and retain strong working relationships
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and across a matrix organization partnering with cross-functional teams to deliver solutions at top speed
- Master’s degree in a quantitative field (e.g. Statistics, Engineering, Physics, Mathematics, Economics) or business field preferred.
Job Responsibilities
- Partner closely with functional/channel owners to align on the Cardmember value (CMV) framework to ensure consistency within Business unit (GCS Prospect) and across BU (US Consumer Services)
- Collaborate with finance to build robust behavioral inputs for investment optimization that are consistent across Prospect and Customer
- Develop CMV framework in-line with broader offer personalization and Sentinel (anti gaming) strategies
- Outstanding execution skills – be able to resolve issues, see opportunities, and define success metrics and make things happen
