Job Responsibilities:
- Analyze client requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Design and develop software solutions.
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting.
- Communicate with clients regularly for updates and feedback.
- Manage project timelines and coordinate with teams.
- Create and maintain project documentation.
- Stay updated on industry trends and implement best practices.
- Ensure compliance and perform quality assurance.
- Mentor junior team members and conduct training sessions.
Skills Required:
- Proficient knowledge in Salesforce . com ( SFDC ).
- Good Understanding of Salesforce platform (Admin and Code level understanding).
- Strong skills in Programming, Reports, Dashboard, Workflows.
- Good knowledge with hands-on HTML / JavaScript / CSS
- Good knowledge with database including SQL and SOQL
- Deploying rapid prototyping to quickly envision the challenge and credibly propose solutions to complex challenges
- Basic Knowledge integrating Salesforce with 3rd party vendors, API integration, RESTful services
- Â Knowledge of DevOps best practices (Version Control, CICD tools, Salesforce DX etc.) can setup fully functional CI/CD pipeline with GIT and SFDX
- Knowledge with the full development life cycle, including Agile methodologies.
- Good knowledge of Apex test classes and scripts with clean, flexible, and maintainable apex code.
- Good to have knowledge on sales cloud and marketing cloud.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
