Job Responsibilities:
You will develop a proposal by owning parts of the proposal document and by giving inputs in solution design based on areas of expertise.
You will plan the activities of configuration, configure the product as per the design, conduct conference room pilots and will assist in resolving any queries related to requirements and solution design
You will conduct solution/product demonstrations, POC/Proof of Technology workshops and prepare effort estimates which suit the customer budgetary requirements and are in line with organization’s financial guidelines
Actively lead small projects and contribute to unit-level and organizational initiatives with an objective of providing high quality value adding solutions to customers. Skills Required:
Infosys welcomes both freshers and experienced candidates for the L3 Telecom Engineer role. Ideal candidates should have:
- Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Telecommunications, Computer Science, Electronics & Communication, or a related field.
- Technical Knowledge:
- Basic to advanced knowledge of telecom technologies like VOIP, IP networks, and network protocols.
- Familiarity with troubleshooting telecom systems and network infrastructure.
- Soft Skills: Strong communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and a proactive attitude toward learning.
- Experience Level: Freshers with a strong grasp of telecom fundamentals are welcome, while experienced professionals should have a background in L1/L2 or equivalent telecom roles.
