Inside Sales Representative (ISR) – Europe
Job Description:
- You will play a key role in maintaining and developing long-term relationships with both new and existing customers.
- As part of the sales team, you work proactively, managing direct customers.
- While primarily handling the sales process remotely, you will also have the opportunity to conduct in-person customer visits.
- Selling our standard range of products and services will be a key responsibility, reducing the need for direct customer on-site visits for low complex sales.
- Your responsibility includes following up on and closing open business opportunities, handling and qualifying incoming inquiries, and developing cross-selling/up-selling opportunities, as well as replying to questions concerning technical information and use of our products and services.
