Role: Automation Test Engineer

Job Location: Bengaluru, Karnataka, India

Job Responsibilities:

All the job responsibilities for this job position are given below

Creating initial test designs, test plans, and test cases
Writing clean, high-quality scripts for automated testing
Setting up automation environments for repeated tests
Executing test cases to validate software functionality
Enhancing and maintaining automated Continuous Integration (CI) flows
Troubleshooting issues in systems under test
Preparing detailed test reports and logging errors in the tracking system
Identifying software vulnerabilities through rigorous testing procedures
Reviewing software bugs and highlighting areas of issue
Developing ideas for software testing procedures

Designing, installing, and testing software databases

Crafting procedures for finalizing software systems and troubleshooting issues before market release

Tracking quality assurance metrics such as defect densities and open defect counts

Staying up to date with new testing tools and test strategies.

Skills Required:

Java, Selenium, Test Rail
JIRA – Defect tracking system
Understanding Agile processes
Continuous Integration with CI/CD with Jenkins/GitHub Action
